求助！the browser could not be opened

Axure RP 7.0.0.3155无法预览文件，IE 火狐谷歌傲游都不行。
谷歌已经安装Axure RP插件

电脑系统windows 7 64位

安装包和汉化包都在此网站下载的，就是不能预览，用谷歌浏览器打开时，提示
the browser could not be opened.
open http://127.0.0.1:32767/start.html#p=home
or select another browser in publish -> preview options

用其它浏览器打开时，空白的，一直在那转

如何解决？
